My client, a membership organisation is recruiting for a 2 Customer Service Executives.
Main Responsibilities of the Membership Executive
* Take responsibility for the member life cycle including customer relationship management and customer service delivery.
* Membership renewals and engagement; payments, general queries, and answering and screening enquiries by telephone and email.
* Follow-up any membership referrals and leads, creating a seamless joining journey and onboarding experience for new members.
* Overseeing each stage of the member journey and supporting members with their professional progression through the promotion of their training and courses.
* Administration of member services and training courses e.g. face-to-face and online courses, qualifications, sourcing training venues, etc, utilising the CRM and LMS systems in line with their procedures and processes.
* Interact with learners, delegates and trainers/training providers on learning related activities.
* Updating CRM - using data from the CRM provide regular reports, on membership acquisition, engagement and retention.
* To provide ad hoc support as necessary from time to time.

* Proactive, a self-starter with b2b experience and excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent verbal / communication skills, internally and externally.
* Excellent telephone and people skills.
* Organisational skills: Able to prioritise own workload and meet tight deadlines.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* IT / Microsoft Skills
