Role overview
As a Hire Manager, you will supervise and coordinate all colleagues in the Tool Hire department, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Your responsibilities include developing a proactive sales action plan to meet and exceed the agreed Annual Operating Plan (AOP), managing resources effectively, and overseeing the maintenance and safety compliance of all plant and tools, with proper documentation.
What we are looking for
You should work well with the branch team and provide high-quality customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sales experience is preferred as the role is sales-driven. Ideally, you will have a good understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment within the Hire industry or a similar environment. New hires will undergo a 12-month training program and will receive a professional qualification upon successful completion.
