N-compass provides health and social care services across the North of England. We support over 30,000 adults and young people to stay well each year. Service Access Advisors are often the first point of contact for individuals and professionals wishing to refer people into our services and are responsible for screening and signposting referrals and resolving any immediate issues at first contact. This is a busy and dynamic team receiving and making in the region of 35,000 calls per annum covering our Carers, Counselling and Wellbeing Services. Our Service Access team has a vacancy for a part time, customer service advisor, who will the benefits of true hybrid working between our office on the Docklands in Preston & home.
