We're on the lookout for an experienced candidate to take a very important mat cover position for 1 year, possibly slightly longer. We need somebody great with people, who can build rapport quickly both with team members and the SLT, and can come in at a very important time in the company's growth to steady the ship in the absence of a very important member of the team.
This is a senior management role looking after the entire CS function both in terms of management and systems and processes so it's important we get applications from candidates with managing large customer service teams, ideally with full ownership. Though management of large team divisions is also viable.
