Reed are supporting a well established and growing specialist media agency based in Birmingham to recruit an AV Manager with TV planning and buying experience. This friendly highly social agency offer flexible working, some hybrid working and offer a half day finish on a Friday This role will require you to work closely with a portfolio of varied clients with spend from £20k up to several £millions. Duties include - · Assist the Senior AV Manager with planning and delivering broadcast media plans from start to finish. · Manage, optimise, and track campaign delivery. · Upload and manage campaign details across stations and CARIA. · Lead and help to develop junior members of the team. · Confidently track and report on campaign delivery using Adalyser. · Present reports back to clients and other stakeholders. · Liaise with media owners to ensure schedules are optimised.
