Basic IT skills Licence to drive in the UK with access to a vehicle insured for business use are essential With experience of End of Life care, you're ready and able to make a real difference. Working without close supervision, you'll have the opportunity to use your own initiative in line with the patient's established care plan. Working as part of a team of Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses, lead by our Senior Nurse, you'll be required to carry out a range of care duties including helping patients meet their hygiene needs, monitoring symptoms, assisting with medications and keeping detailed records and emotional support to the patient and their families.
