Key Purpose of the Job To provide mobile patrol response services to various Kings Security sites, responding to alarm activations, undertaking locks/unlocks, mobile patrols and Void Property Inspections as well as providing support and back-up at various assignments and in accordance with the requirements of the Assignment Instructions provided on site. Key Job Responsibilities To hold a valid and in date Driving Licence. To use a company vehicle to provide mobile response for various Kings sites within a designated area to include, but not limited to Alarm Response, Lock & Unlock tasks, Mobile Patrols and Void Property Inspections. Respond promptly to alarm activations, emergencies and where required support static guards whilst on site. Liaise with customers whilst on a site with regard to security or other problems relating to the assignment. Have the ability to remain flexible and adapt to a change in given scenario whilst ensuring problems are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. To complete all relevant documentation in a clear and legible manner during each tour of duty. To report any security matters to the Kings Control Room and escalate to Management if required. To ensure quality of service provided matches customer requirements, Company standards, and in accordance with the Assignment Instructions. To deal with problems brought to your attention by the customer and to inform the Kings Control Room. To maintain a very high standard of personal appearance. To ensure own training needs are identified and that line management are informed. May also be required to undertake welfare inspections on static sites on our employees. Visit and patrol customer’s premises to act as a visual proactive deterrent through conducting internal and external patrols where required and report anything suspicious. Implement and act in accordance with the organisations information security policies. Protect assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference. Implement particular security processes or activities, as requested by management. Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the Kings Control Room. Essential Requirements They will attend the Company’s Induction Training Course which includes gaining the SIA Licence. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to write clear and concise reports. The ability to remain courteous, vigilant and alert at all times through a 12Hrs shift. To work calmly and professionally under pressure. Ability to work well as part of a team. Computer Literate and confident using technological equipment. Full UK driving Licence Desirable Requirements Clean Driving Licence preferred but not essential Knowledge of security operations preferred but not essential as full training given.
