Our mission is to empower educators with innovative tools that inspire students, enhance engagement and improve learning outcomes.We are seeking a dynamic Content Partnerships Manager to lead and grow strategic content relationships, ensuring our platform delivers the most engaging and impactful educational content to our global customer base.What will you be doingThe Content Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating and managing relationships with content providers, publishers and other partners. This role is critical to expanding our content offerings, enhancing customer value and ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of educational innovation.Key responsibilities will includeContent Strategy Development:Develop and execute a content partnership strategy aligned with ClassVR’s business goals and market trends.Identify emerging content needs in education, particularly in STEM, Career Education and immersive learning experiences.Partnership Management:Build and maintain relationships with content creators, publishers and organisations in the education and VR/AR sectors.Negotiate partnership terms, including; licensing agreements, revenue shares and exclusivity deals.Oversee the onboarding and integration of partner content onto the ClassVR platform.Market Research and Analysis:Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.Assess potential content partners based on alignment with ClassVR’s objectives, customer demand and quality standards.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with the Product, Marketing and Sales Teams to align content partnerships with product launches and campaigns.Collaborate with the Education Content Team to ensure content meets curriculum alignment and learning objectives.Performance Monitoring:Track and analyse the performance of content partnerships, ensuring measurable ROI and alignment with customer needs.Provide regular reports on content adoption, usage and feedback to inform future decisions.Key Skills, Experience and QualificationsEssentialBachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Media, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or content acquisition, preferably in EdTech, VR/AR or digital media.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Knowledge of education markets, curriculum standards and learning technologies.Ability to analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.DesirableExperience in the EdTech industry or selling into K-12 or higher education institutions.Familiarity with VR/AR technologies and their application in the classroom.Established network of contacts within the education sector, including school administrators, district leaders or educational organisations.Avantis Education provides a fun, exciting work culture that thrives on self-starters and individuals that can help shape and grow our future.
