As a key member of the facilities team, you will be the first point of contact for all colleagues and external visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe, effective, and welcoming experience.
In this role, you’ll manage a variety of tasks including:
1. Reception duties
2. Booking taxis
3. Ordering supplies
4. Handling catering requests
5. Post and deliveries
6. Site access badges
7. Effective use of the Envoy platform
8. General administration tasks such as invoicing, raising purchase orders, and financial reconciliations
If you are well-organised, have experience using Microsoft systems, and possess a background in office or retail environments, we want to hear from you. This part-time role offers a schedule of 12 noon till 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, totalling 27.5 hours per week. There may also be times where you’ll be needed to provide cover for facilities colleagues during holidays, sickness, and training. You’ll be based at our support office in Nottingham.
