We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team at W H Bence, a leading manufacturer of specialist mobile facilities in Yate, North Bristol.
Key Details:
* Location: Yate, Bristol
* Salary: £29,600 - £32,640 per annum (pro-rata) based on 40 hours per week
* Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
* Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.30 with overtime available subject to workload
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling components to a high standard, working closely with our production team to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Fabrication and assembly of components using various materials and techniques
2. Collaboration with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines
3. Maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
4. Adherence to quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products
Requirements:
* Relevant experience as a Fabricator or in a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
