A Truly Exceptional Career Opportunity at The Beaulieu Park School
Are you looking for a school where you can really teach? A place where students are eager to learn, behaviour is exceptional, and kindness is at the heart of everything we do?
The Beaulieu Park School is not just a high-performing school; it's a warm, caring community, where staff and students support one another to be their very best. Opened in 2018 as Essex's first 'all-through' state school, we are housed in a wonderful £34 million facility and have been Outstanding in every category since our first Ofsted inspection. Our first set of GCSE results this year placed us among the top-performing non-selective schools in the county.
With a strong ethos of respect, kindness, and high expectations, our students are polite, hard-working, and a joy to teach. This means our teachers can focus on what really matters - engaging, inspiring lessons in a calm and purposeful environment.
We are now looking for a Head of Business & Economics to join our thriving, supportive, and high-achieving department. Whether you are an ECT looking for the perfect place to begin your career or a more experienced teacher seeking a school where you will feel valued and supported, you will find Beaulieu to be a place where you can flourish.
We are oversubscribed every year and welcomed our first Year 12 cohort in September 2024. This is a fantastic time to join us as we continue to grow and shape the future of our exceptional school.
If you're ready to be part of something special, we would love to hear from you.
What we can offer you:
1. The opportunity to be part of a highly supportive and ambitious school
2. A commitment to a personalised programme of CPD
3. Opportunity to collaborate across Trust schools
4. Access to a 24/7 confidential Employee Assistance Programme
5. Flexible and family-friendly policies and we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements at the point of hire
