We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team in our new Brighton store.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the three key areas of store, stock and staff, and developing the skills and performance of all staff.
Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:
* To motivate and drive the sales team, leading by example and working closely with them on the sales floor
* To ensure efficient management of store operations, including stock control and staff scheduling
* To develop the skills and performance of all staff through training and development
* To ensure all staff have the opportunity to attend supplier training to improve product knowledge
* To manage administration tasks accurately and efficiently
* To conduct performance reviews and implement action plans as needed
* To communicate effectively with staff to keep them informed about department goals and objectives
* To maximize sales potential and profitability of the store
* To manage and develop directly reporting staff within the store
* To build strong relationships with customers and promote Custom Installation services and associated products
* To maintain accurate staff attendance records and ensure sufficient staffing levels at all times
* To ensure health and safety compliance in line with company policy
