The Best Connection is now recruiting for Production Operatives to join our prestigious client in Banbury! No experience required—full training provided!
We’re looking for candidates with a great work ethic who are ready for ongoing opportunities with the potential for permanent positions after a successful trial period.
Pay Rate:
£12.22/hour
3 on, 3 off rotating shifts (Days & Nights)
Overtime available at time and a half!
Shift Hours:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (1-hour unpaid break)
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect products for quality and defects
Assist with machine operation, following safety guidelines
Move materials within the warehouse
Physcially demanding role must be physically fit and able to lift uptp 25KG
