The clinical lead Physiotherapist role is influential in leading and delivering on the vision and direction of Physiotherapy in CF and bronchiectasis.
St Barts Therapies department strives to contribute to the hospitals mission to be a centre of excellence in cardiac, respiratory and cancer care. Our Therapies department comprises a diverse team of OT's, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Speech and language Therapists, Exercise Physiologists and Support workers.

Main duties of the job

* Clinical experience of a wide range of respiratory specialities which includes adult Cystic Fibrosis or Non-CF Bronchiectasis
* Expert knowledge of managing patients requiring Non-invasive ventilation, both acutely and for domiciliary use
* Experience of managing senior and junior staff
* Operational management in a complex environment
* Successfully leading and implementing service improvement and change projects.
