Senior Creative Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic Studio team. In this role, you will drive the successful execution of custom advertising and media solutions projects on a global scale. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across sales, legal, media planning, insights reporting, account management, finance, brand marketing, and global communications. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Execution:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of media campaigns with external partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
2. Manage production and launch processes for key partnerships, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
3. Identify and mitigate risks by conducting campaign risk assessments and critical path analyses.
1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the primary liaison between the studio and clients, effectively communicating project goals, expectations, and challenges.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, brand marketing, finance, and campaign management.
3. Coordinate with vendor partners on contracting, production workflows, and invoicing.
1. Process Optimization & Reporting:
Manage project intake, validate requests, and allocate resources efficiently.
2. Optimize project timelines and identify resource conflicts or potential bottlenecks.
3. Develop and implement performance metrics to track and optimize campaign outcomes.
4. Seek opportunities for process improvement and deliver solutions that drive results.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in creative advertising or media.
2. Proven ability to manage 360° campaigns in partnership with global communications teams and external vendors.
3. Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of social and PR opportunities.
4. Experience collaborating with both in-house and third-party partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in project management tools such as Salesforce, ClickUp, Smartsheets, SharePoint, Asana, Monday.com, and Jira.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
