With the growth of the "Experience Economy," their services are in increasing demand. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

The Role:
* Develop and oversee the company’s global business development strategy.
* Manage designated client relationships throughout live projects.
* Present global market intelligence and identify prospective leads in the theming/experiential industry.
* Maintain and update the internal business development database.
* Create and produce sector-specific company portfolios and bid documents.
* Develop strategic collaborations and partnerships internationally.
* Foster innovation and adopt new technologies to enhance competitive advantage.
* Manage the production and prequalification of bid documentation.
* Assist the Project Director in setting up company site operations overseas.
* Source suppliers and specialist sub-contractors, preparing packages for pricing.
* Organise and participate in major trade exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and company promotional events.
* Coordinate with external partners in the creative process for RFPs.
* Enhance the Head Office visitor experience.
* Manage all hospitality arrangements for visitors on-site.
The Person:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial, business development, or marketing environment.
* Third level qualification in a business or creative discipline such as Business Studies, Marketing, Digital Marketing Communication, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Innovative and creative with a good understanding of digital marketing trends and techniques.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work accurately and diligently to agreed timescales.
* Highly driven, enthusiastic self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Willingness to undertake international travel.
