Job Description

Job Responsibilities
* Meet payroll deadlines effectively
* Manage end-to-end weekly payroll for approximately 300-500 staff
* Handle leaver's administration
* Manage timesheet submissions
* Ensure all payees are correctly set up in the payroll system
* Accurately process hours, holidays, statutory payments, deductions, and fast payments on time
* Send invoices to clients punctually
* Assist with payroll-related queries
* Coordinate with operational teams regarding payroll matters
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
* Have proven experience in a similar payroll role
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exhibit strong attention to detail
* Be capable of working under tight deadlines
* Have knowledge of various payroll systems (PAYE, CIS, Umbrella, HMRC queries, etc.)
