As the Service Delivery Relationship Manager, you would be responsible for governing technology processes, proactively identifying and facilitating improvement initiatives, capturing customer feedback, and supporting system stability initiatives.
Your Role
* Research data from digital product/service performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for product/service improvement.
* Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
* Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.
* Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
* Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
* Ensure Asda is not exposed to undue risks by service failures causing continuity plans to be invoked. To ensure incident management frameworks are up to date and adhered to.
* Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.
* Contribute to the analysis of information, the specification of the methods, process steps, and continuously improve processes, to deliver service improvement.
About You
* Previous experience of working within a Service Delivery function, including the management and support of supplier and stakeholder relationships. Experience of supervising and managing others.
* Works without supervision and provides guidance when required on:
- motivating all employees to learn, grow and develop so that they can obtain the knowledge and experience they need to help Asda reach its goals.
- developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match Asda's strategies and objectives.
- identifying, assessing, prioritising and managing risks.
* Works without supervision and provides technical support when required on:
- developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
- analysing data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.
- planning, organising, prioritising and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
* Data Collection and Analysis
Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analysing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
* Presentation Skills
Communicates with other people without requiring supervision and provides guidance when required on speaking in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
