Salary: £27,711 - £32,654
We are seeking a dedicated People Associate Adviser to join our dynamic People Directorate, responsible for supporting our 40 Academies and Central Team to deliver the best education to our 16,000+ pupils.
As a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, you will thrive on handling first-line queries from both employees and managers, providing timely advice and proactive solutions.
About the role:
In this hybrid role, based in our Nottingham office with flexibility for remote work, you will serve as the first point of contact for all people related queries. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contractual changes to leaver administration, while maintaining accurate records within our HRIS.
As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on Trust procedures, assisting payroll and utilising our HRIS to ensure the efficient administration of employee records.

You will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our employees, addressing a variety of queries from managers and contacts within our academies and other service teams. Utilise remote working technology and telephone support to promptly resolve their inquiries with assistance from your colleagues.
Offer advice and guidance on Trust procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organisation.
Utilise and maintain our HRIS & ATS to facilitate the accurate and efficient administration of employee records.
Ensure the timely and accurate flow of information to meet established deadlines, contributing to the smooth operation of our People Directorate.
Become proficient in the use of our HRIS system and actively promote its utilisation to ensure accurate and efficient administration of employee records throughout the Trust.
About you:
Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive data.
Working towards a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience within an HR department is essential.
Is well a organised individual with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise their work to meet changing requirements
Able to deal with queries promptly and efficiently, whilst providing a professional service
You must have a good understanding of data protection and be able to work in a confidential environment.
Working within the Education Sector is preferred.
