We are a long established independant firm of Accountatns looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Eastleigh.
Duties include:
* Managing post received
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Welcoming clients and visitors
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Typing letters and invoices
* Monitoring disposal of confidential waste
* Maintain and monitor storage of offsite files.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpesonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and part of a team
Additional information:
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Working 20 to 25 hours per week
