As a Digital Support Executive, you will play a pivotal support role in enhancing our ecommerce sales strategies and customer engagement through improved digital assets, searchability, and industry-leading promotional offerings.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support in Digital Trade planning by ensuring that promotional space is available on our e-commerce platforms.
* Support the development of monthly sales promotion packs for our sales representatives, ensuring they have the best promotions on-hand through digital and physical means.
* Assist with the implementation of our Ecommerce platforms, uploading assets and setting promotions live in accordance with the internal trade planner.
* Provide feedback to procurement teams on competitor promotional activities with support from the marketing insight team.
Minimum Requirements:
* Able to work cohesively within teams, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and align with cross-functional partners.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics / AdWords is an advantage but not a requirement.
* Excellent experience with the Microsoft Office Package (primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook).
* Experience in SAP.
* Experience in marketing is ideal but not required, provided you can demonstrate examples of your efficiency with time and organizational skills.
