This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a new apprenticeship role. As an Apprentice Business Support Officer, you will receive extensive workplace training in addition to completing a level 3 qualification in Business Administration.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn new skills, has good organisational skills and is able to work calmly under pressure.
You will join a pool of support staff providing comprehensive, confidential administrative, clerical and business support to the Improvement Cymru team.

Qualifications
* To be eligible for this apprenticeship: you must not be undertaking any other Welsh Government funded training.
* You must work more than 16 hours per week.
Experience
* Basic experience in administration.
* Previous experience of dealing with customers, clients and/or members of the public.
* Experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
Skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
* Good level of keyboard skills.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to handle a busy, varied workload and cope with interruptions and changes.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure, meet set deadlines and pay meticulous attention to detail completing tasks fully, accurately and on time, prioritising where appropriate.
