The Job You’ll be Doing:
* Promote services and manage customer requests efficiently.
* Handle daily tasks promptly and accurately, escalating issues when needed.
* Keep customers informed about service interventions.
* Provide administrative support to the Service Director.
* Follow up on service and sales tasks.
* Administer quotes, service requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
* Arrange service visits and coordinate logistics.
* Compile and issue invoices.
* Maintain market awareness and support client relationships.
* Manage ISO 9001 policy implementation.
* Assist with service-related quotations.
* Review service reports and identify sales opportunities.
* Suggest improvements and undertake delegated tasks.
* Administer service calls and purchase orders up to £100k.
* Manage day-to-day activities independently.
* Work assigned based on customer inquiries and requests.
* Make decisions on quotations and purchase requests.
* Prioritize and expedite service requests.
* Understand the impact of decisions and demonstrate strong commercial skills.
* Exercise judgment to avoid delays and escalate issues promptly.
* Interact with all departments, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
