Responsible for the South Central and South West Regions covering areas including Swindon, Reading, Guildford, Southampton, and Salisbury.
Responsible for managing the delivery of agreed sales targets within a specified region(s) via the sales, marketing, and distribution of the panel of Product Providers which Blink Intermediary Solutions offer UK brokers access to, contributing to the overall Divisional targets including line management responsibility for some of the sales team.
This is a pivotal position within the company and therefore demands a responsible attitude. All-round broker support experience is essential, as is confidence with computers. Ideally, you will be part ACII qualified.
The ideal candidate will need to have strong computer skills and experience using the Brokasure system. Good communication and organisational skills are also essential.
Other desirable skills are:
1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) or similar software applications.
2. Ability to manage time, prioritise, and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
3. Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers, and other associates.
