As a Hygiene Team Leader, you will manage, develop, and lead the team of In-House hygiene technicians safely and effectively whilst driving behavioural safety within the team to achieve and maintain a ‘Audit Ready Standards’ approach to site cleaning standards. Responsibility :- 1. Have the ownership in their responsibilities and make sure the members of their team clearly understand what they need to do on a daily basis 2. Create a positive and safe working environment with the members of their team 3. To report for the daily issues including personnel to their supervisors in a timely manner 4. Making sure all staff understand and follow all procedures throughout the factory 5. Have ownership of the duties in the area that you are assigned to in any aspect of operation including machinery, personnel training and daily hygiene cleaning documents. Summary of Duties :- Under the direction of the Hygiene Supervisor the Team Leader is required to: • Health & Safety: Through QR Code system deliver unsafe condition and unsafe behavioral audits with actions 3 per week per Team Leader • To achieve a 'right first time' clean, following set work instructions and safety • Control Hygiene team members at all times to make sure they wear PPE. • To identify any issues when they arise and report to your Hygiene Supervisor • Timely and accurate completion of related documents and records. • To ensure hygiene operatives cleaning machines are following the correct guidelines as per CIC. • To manage the hygiene staff on the shift to ensure they are proactive and carry out their job roles in a safe and effective manner. • Carry out start-up/inspection checks of cleaning equipment and report any damages. • Supervise allocated hygiene staffs daily, to ensure the smooth running of the shift and task completion in an efficient manner. • Ensure the factory production areas kept tidy throughout the day, in particular keeping the floors clear and rubbish regularly removed. • Arrange interim cleaning of work surfaces including chiller shelving, table tops and chopping boards. • Actively participate deep cleans and be responsible for hygiene factory documents. • Ensure the smooth running of the tray wash machine and conveyors, provision of clean trays for the Production and reporting any issues or faults that may occur. • Ensure clear understanding of hygiene key inspection points from CIC • Ensure smooth running of hygiene duties at all times, prioritising tasks and reporting any issues to the Hygiene Supervisor. • Report any Health and Safety issues or accidents immediately to the Hygiene Supervisor or to the Hygiene Manager. • To keep a positive working environment with the members of their te
