Role and Responsibilities:
As a Credit Control Administrator, you will play a vital role in the financial operations of the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Credit Control Administration: Manage and oversee credit control activities to ensure efficient operations.
* Account Reconciliation and Allocation: Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate allocation of funds.
* Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers via phone and email to obtain remittance advice and purchase orders, ensuring smooth transactions.
* Data Management: Assist with capturing and cleansing customer data to maintain accurate records.
* Financial Adjustments: Support the process of minor write-offs as needed.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Essential:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a credit control or accounts environment.
* Proficiency with IT tools and software.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
Desirable:
* Experience with accounting software such as Sage or SAP.
