Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
1. Answer incoming calls and connect them to the right person promptly.
2. Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met.
3. Maintain a tidy reception area and manage incoming and outgoing post.
Meeting Room Management:
1. Prepare meeting rooms for appointments, ensuring all equipment and refreshments are ready.
2. Liaise with staff to confirm meeting requirements and assist with training sessions when needed.
General Administrative Support:
1. Provide clerical support, including photocopying, filing, and managing office supplies.
2. Assist the wider administration team with various ad hoc tasks as needed.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Essential:
1. Previous front of house or reception experience with a strong understanding of customer service.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficient in MS Office, with a keen attention to detail.
4. Professional appearance and demeanour, with a self-motivated attitude.
Desirable: Knowledge of administrative procedures.
