About the Role
Barnard Levit, the award-winning opticians in Northwest London are looking for a full-time Clinical Assistant to join us in delivering outstanding patient care. This role will require working every Sunday, however we are closed on Saturdays.
This role will require you to support our Optometrists with preliminary tests and assist with both dispensing and receptionist tasks. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service and strong attention to detail. Previous experience of working in the optics industry is not essential, as full training will be provided. Proven experience of working within a customer-facing, clinical, or medical environment is desirable.
We have state-of-the-art technology including Iprofiler, optomap, OCT (optical coherence tomography), visual field tests, and more in-depth tests like Valeda treatment light therapy system RPE and so much more.
Equally important to us is the way you interact with patients. Providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must. Ultimately, you must be an ambassador for our brand and profession within the local community. Educating others about the benefits of independent eye care is an ongoing challenge and one that we look forward to meeting head-on with you as a part of our team.
