* Processing purchase ledger invoices and payments
* Checking transactions
* Understanding and implementing financial updates
* Raising sales invoices and Direct Debit collections
* Reporting to the MI team
* Accruals for month end reporting
* Perform ad hoc tasks as required by management
The Successful Applicant:
* Microsoft office
* Spreadsheets
* Financial system entry
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
* The ability to work in a team and individually
* Sound decision-making and absolute confidentiality
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
