You will be joining the Procurement and Supplier Management Team of 14 procurement professionals as we embark on a transformation to category management and value adding supplier management. Working in partnership with diverse stakeholders across Skipton you will use your experience and skills to deliver actionable insights to drive best commercial outcomes and reduce the risk from our third-party arrangements. Data Management: Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Group Procurement and Supplier Management data. Cleanse, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources to create a unified and reliable dataset for supplier data. Implement data quality checks and validations to identify and rectify anomalies or inconsistencies. Support and lead change management initiatives in Procurement. System Administration: Administer and optimise data management systems and tools, such as databases, data warehouses, and reporting platforms. Troubleshoot system issues, perform upgrades, and ensure system performance and reliability. Administer and troubleshoot integrations between Workday Financials and Workday Strategic Sourcing. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Utilise statistical techniques and data visualisation tools to present findings in a clear and understandable manner. Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and translate business queries into actionable insights. Reporting and Dashboards: Design, develop, and automate reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance metrics and key business indicators. Customise reports to cater to different user needs and preferences. Continuously refine reporting processes. What Do We Need From You? Experience in Procurement and/or data analysis, preferably within a project-based, change or risk management context. Strong data analysis, reporting, and communication skills. Evidence of using advanced Excel and associated visualisation / dashboard tools (PowerBI etc.) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings effectively. Experience of working with cross-functional teams to map complex processes, identifying difficulties and bottlenecks. Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, hybrid environment. Strong organisation skills with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Passion for driving continuous improvement and delivering value to the organisation. Proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and problem solving.
