We’re looking for an SEO Executive who is ambitious, driven and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an SEO Executive at 26PMX, you'll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and client websites, from ecommerce, fashion & beauty and to financial services, technology, and home improvements. In this role, you will play a key part in driving client growth through innovative SEO strategies, touching on all pillars of SEO—on-site, off-site, technical, and content. You will help plan, review, and implement these strategies, contributing valuable insights without the pressure of owning performance independently. What you'll be doing Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for clients. Create detailed page briefs, outlining the SEO requirements for content development teams. Support in the execution of technical SEO audits and collaborate with the tech team to address issues during tech sprints. Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies under the guidance of senior team members. Working with SEO analysts, PR specialists, and content writers, deliver clear and concise strategies covering the core elements of technical, content, offsite and onsite SEO. Assist in measuring and analysing the success of SEO strategies and tactics, reporting key findings to senior strategists. Provide insights but rely on senior guidance for strategy adaptations. Be pro-active with personal growth, utilise the expertise within the team to upskill in both tools and techniques. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, contributing to team discussions on new tools or approaches. You will have access to training and mentorship. Work collaboratively within the team, taking ownership of smaller accounts or tasks as appropriate, with oversight from senior team members. Manage your own workload and client deadlines effectively and resourcing work to the other teams and/or execs. Manage your diary and time effectively to ensure that you are meeting deadlines while having adequate time for meetings and catch up’s, be accommodating to others but equally own your own time. What you need Some experience in SEO is ideal but not essential, with a focus on keyword research, content optimisation, or technical SEO tasks. Experience with junior-level SEO work in an agency or in-house setting is desirable. Ability to gain an understanding of the client's business, their brand values, and target audience to help implement strategies targeting the right demographics under senior guidance. Able to understand the market your client is in and how this is represented digitally. Know your client’s objectives and business results, both macro and micro. Presents clearly and persuasively with enthusiasm and rationalisation to internal & external teams. Basic knowledge of Google tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console is preferred. Training will be provided to help expand your skill set. Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms. A keen interest and foundational knowledge (with the willingness to learn) in all aspects of on-site SEO, including technical SEO, content optimisation, and SEO strategy. Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data and providing insights for SEO improvements. Experience working with data, with proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Data Studio for reporting and analysis. Good client interpersonal skills. Be curious around learning and upskilling. Time management skills and the ability to manage your own diary. Good internal interpersonal and communication skills. Sells ideas in a confident and convincing way.
