Delivering what we promise:
As our MEICA Commissioning Engineer, you will be part of our CWA MEICA Delivery team who are responsible for the installation, delivery, commissioning and handover of all the MEICA elements of the CWA portfolio of works in water and waste water. Your remit will be to work alongside the CWA Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) department and other members of the project team and leadership to drive the delivery of projects to the highest standards.
Working with a team of skilled professionals, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of commissioning elements to the agreed time, cost & quality requirements. You'll be given the chance to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in commissioning engineering. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects in the water and waste water sector.
As an MEICA Commissioning Engineer, you are dedicated to excellence, and you would thrive on being responsible for the delivery of MEICA commissioning elements. Your remit would be to compile and manage comprehensive commissioning diaries and ensure that all works are completed to the highest standards. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated by a challenge and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The Key Requirements...
1. Technically qualified to carry out the role of MEICA commissioning engineer
2. Hold a technical qualification of a minimum of ONC
3. Full understanding of WIMES
4. Experience in Instrumentation Controls and Automation
5. Experience in Profibus would be beneficial
6. Understanding of Scottish Water Telemetry Systems
