Your New Job Title: Office Customer Services Advisor

Hours: 08.45 – 17.15 (Monday - Friday)
We are recruiting for a permanent Customer Services Advisor to join our busy client accounts department based in our Head office in Salisbury. You will play a major role in the team dealing with all aspects of Client Accounts Administration within the Central Services team.
Some Responsibilities and Goals you’ll own:
1. Working with the whole portfolio of the group to ensure customer queries are dealt with to the company deadlines as part of a team to the highest standard.
2. Responding to Client queries via phone calls, emails, and letters in relation to Client Accounts matters and assisting with queries and complaints.
3. Escalating customer calls and emails as appropriate to PMs and the Customer Service Team.
4. Liaising with the Property Managers regarding account queries from clients.
5. Completing full and comprehensive log calls and notes on QUBE.
6. Negotiating payment plans for property owners and conducting bi-monthly payment reconciliations to ensure payments are made.
7. Maintaining the accounts on QUBE.
8. Performing any other ad hoc duties, including assisting the Client Account Manager with administration tasks when required.
Must Have Skills:
1. A desire to help customers and deliver a very high standard of customer assistance.
2. Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. A confident and assured telephone manner.
5. Multi-mailbox management.
6. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
7. An effective and enthusiastic team player.
8. Self-motivated and target driven.
9. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
10. Ability to work on your own initiative.
11. Capable of working under pressure during busy periods.
12. Experience in handling a high volume of daily calls and emails.
13. Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
14. Previous customer-facing roles.
Bonus Skills:
1. Relevant service charge experience.
2. Experience of using the QUBE system.
