Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality pastoral care and guidance to students within your year group.
2. Work closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure student well-being and academic progress.
3. Monitor attendance, behaviour, and academic performance, addressing any concerns proactively.
4. Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and personal development.
5. Lead and contribute to whole-school initiatives to promote positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment.
6. Collaborate with senior leadership, teachers, and support staff to ensure the effective implementation of pastoral policies.
7. Organise and deliver year group assemblies and events, encouraging a sense of community and achievement.

1. Previous experience in a pastoral or student support role, ideally in a secondary school setting.
