My client is a well-established company based in Biggin Hill. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their expanding team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the purchase ledger function.
You will be responsible for:
1. Coding and matching invoices
2. Processing staff expenses
3. Liaising with the company purchasing department
4. Processing payments
There will also be the opportunity to assist the Financial Controller with any ad-hoc projects and support the finance team during busy periods. Previous experience of high-volume purchase ledger is essential for this role.
