Job Description - Senior Customer Safety Manager (15713)
Description
We want our customers to enjoy their holidays with peace of mind, knowing we’ve done everything possible to keep them safe. As our Senior Customer Safety Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring our hotels, partners, and service providers meet the highest safety standards.
You’ll develop and oversee safety programmes that assess risks, set clear expectations, and ensure compliance across our entire supply chain. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring safety processes are clear, effective, and consistently followed. This includes reviewing hotels and services before they’re added to our programme, regularly monitoring compliance, and taking quick action when standards aren’t met. If a partner doesn’t meet our safety expectations, you’ll lead the process of improving their performance or removing them if needed.
You’ll provide key insights to senior leadership, reporting on safety performance, compliance levels, and emerging risks. Your recommendations will help shape how we manage safety across our holidays. You’ll also work with our legal team to ensure our contracts clearly define safety requirements, giving us the tools we need to hold partners accountable.
What you’ll bring to the team:
You have experience in international supplier safety, risk management, and compliance, backed by recognised qualifications. You’ll be an effective communicator who can engage and influence senior stakeholders, making safety a top priority across the business. You can confidently challenge where needed while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual safety obligations. You’ll have the ability to manage, lead, and support a team of safety experts, ensuring everyone is aligned on safety goals.
Ideally, you’ll have operational experience from the airline, tour operator, or a related industry, giving you a solid understanding of the challenges and risks involved, and the relevant regulations to make informed decisions.
What’s in it for you:
In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme and a 7% pension contribution. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
You'll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
At easyJet holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for our customers, and we strive to do the same for our people. We are committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere.
