My client is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to be based on a scheme in Witham, Essex covering internals and fit-out works on an industrial scheme. The organisation is a main building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from £2m to £30M in value.
The company carries out work across all sectors; however, their reputation is strong in the sectors of Retail, Industrial, and Commercial.
