Expertise in model making, mechanical assemblies, and fine-tolerance engineering. Proficiency in using digital measurement and scanning systems such as Leica or Creaform, including associated software. Strong understanding of pressure tap checking and management. Ability to interpret and manipulate CAD assemblies. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process and model improvements. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to teamwork. Sound knowledge of health and safety practices in an engineering environment. Flexibility to work weekends.
