What You'll Do : As a General Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences. Your day-to-day duties will be varied and involve working in three key areas:
· Catering – Assist with meal preparations and service
· Housekeeping – Ensure the Hall is welcoming and well-maintained
· Evening Duties – Support with evening activities and events
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new skills and broaden your experience in a variety of areas. Whether you're new to hospitality or have previous experience, we welcome your enthusiasm and flexibility!
What We're Looking For : We need a positive, proactive individual who thrives in a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but we’re more focused on your commitment to the role and your willingness to learn.

Patterdale Hall is a Residential Adventure Learning Centre, based in Glenridding on the shores of Lake Ullswater, which provides a variety of land and water-based activities for school children and commercial clients. The Hall is part of Bolton School in Lancashire.
The salary is between the National Living Wage equating to £22,010.56 per annum and point 03 on the Bolton School Support Staff Salary Scale, which is £23,583 per annum. The salary will be dependent on skills and experience. An attractive benefits package is available.
