Key Responsibilities : Primary Care Nursing : Provide essential nursing care to the prison population, focusing on physical health and overall well-being. Qualifications and Experience : Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration. Prison Cleared : Must be cleared to work within a prison setting and undergo relevant security checks. Minimum of 2 years' experience in primary care nursing, ideally within secure or custodial settings. Experience in Chronic Disease Management and general healthcare delivery. Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to interact effectively with inmates, prison staff, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Ability to Work Under Pressure : Capable of managing a busy workload and making sound clinical decisions in challenging environments.
