To deliver high-quality technical support, servicing, and maintenance for customers post-purchase, ensuring product performance and customer satisfaction across the UK. This role involves field visits, technical troubleshooting, repairs, and customer education, with a strong focus on upholding brand reputation and product reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of dehumidifiers for residential and commercial customers.
2. Offer remote troubleshooting and technical support via phone, email, or video calls.
3. Carry out warranty and non-warranty repairs, recording all service activity accurately.
4. Perform product inspections, part replacements, and calibrations in line with company standards.
5. Document issues and escalate recurring faults or design issues to the product engineering team.
6. Deliver technical training and guidance to customers on product use and maintenance.
7. Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and time spent.
8. Support spare parts management, stock control, and returns processes.
9. Collaborate with the sales and R&D teams to improve customer experience and product design.
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
