About you We are looking for a business manager who has: Experience in managing strategic financial plans, budgets, financial reporting, procurement and fixed assets. Experience of working in an office environment at senior level. Good organisational skills and is highly motivated. A recognised management/business degree, NVQ 4 or equivalent related professional qualification Excellent numeracy/literacy/ICT skills We are looking for a business manager who will: Deliver services and systems applicable for effective school management. Deliver value for money initiatives. Lead teams and individuals. Strategically influence decision making within the school. Use a range of ICT packages. Persuade, motivate, negotiate and influence Support and demonstrate commitment to the vision for the establishment of the school Support the Headteacher in the management of change and improvement in pursuit of strategic objectives Prioritise, plan and organise direct and co ordinate the work of others, build, support and work with high performing teams Have willingness to constructively challenge the work of self and others to continually improve own and team performance. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
