Luck and Luck are an online retailer – www.luckandluck.co.uk. We offer our own range of personalised products which we make and dispatch worldwide on a daily basis from our offices in Ivybridge. We are a small family-run business and pride ourselves on a high level of customer service.
We are looking for a unique individual to join our team. The job will involve a range of aspects of the business including:
1. Dealing with customer queries, complaints, product questions, and general order status enquiries via messages.
2. Adding purchase orders, liaising with suppliers on orders, damages, and new product ranges.
3. Dealing with claims for damaged and late orders.
4. Picking orders, packing orders, general administration, and assisting with office duties.
We need a flexible individual who is also willing to undertake other administration tasks as well as assisting in general office duties which can vary from picking orders, packing, or putting away stock.
You must be able to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently. You must be fit and healthy, friendly, reliable, and hardworking, with excellent attention to detail. While this is not a full-time customer service role, experience in customer service roles in the past is essential, including being able to communicate efficiently with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Good references, a good attitude/sense of humor, and good communication skills (written & oral) are essential. You must be able to use a computer competently and be willing to learn a new customer service system.
You must be able to work well under pressure and on your own initiative.
Due to the nature of online retail, we need an individual who is flexible with their hours and availability.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday as basic core hours. Additional hours will be required to cover staff holidays, and during July, August, October - December, there will be a requirement to work additional hours up to 5 days per week as well as covering holiday throughout the year.
