The Role
We are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to join our team at a prestigious site in Farnborough. You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and adjusting Building Management Systems to optimise energy efficiency and performance. Your duties will include:
1. Trend Analysis: Identifying patterns and implementing improvements to ensure optimal system performance.
2. Reprogramming: Making necessary adjustments and reprogramming BMS to meet the site's evolving needs.
3. System Maintenance: Ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
4. Calibration of site sensors DR and EC
5. Reactive works as required
6. Assist other disciplines With Fault Finding And Resolves
7. Assist Contractor With PPMs As Required
8. Alarm Investigation And Reduction Where Achievable
9. Cause And Effect Investigation Where Required For Breakdowns To Prevent Future Occurrence
10. Liaise With External Contractor For Critical Spares
11. Liaise With External Contractor For Breakdown Fixes And System Improvements

Qualifications & Experience
16. Tridium Experience And N4 Certification
17. Experience Working With Trend Systems
18. Working With Different Types Of Communication Between IO And Controllers
19. Systems Knowledge i.e HVAC DX Units Switchboards AHU's evaporative Cooling/humidification
