Senior Business Analyst – Digital / E-Commerce | Manufacturing Industry Location: Kidlington Hybrid: (3 days onsite) Salary: Up to £58,000 TechNET-IT has partnered with a global FTSE 250 company undergoing a significant digital transformation across its e-commerce platforms. We are seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join their global IT function, focusing on transforming digital platforms, specifically within the e-commerce space. This role will play a crucial part in an upcoming large-scale digital platform rollout, impacting multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert, optimising business processes and driving improvements in the Business Operating Model. Lead business process reengineering or transformation initiatives within the digital space. Identify and mitigate risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle. Work with architects and SMEs to develop and deliver technological solutions aligned with business needs. Produce detailed reports on application development and implementation. Support the onboarding of the new digital platform across multiple regions. Skills & Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the digital or e-commerce sectors. Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience working in geographically diverse teams. Strong experience in Product Information Management (PIM) and Content Management Systems (CMS). Proficient in Business Process Reengineering and operating models (RACI). Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX. Proven track record in working with B2B digital platforms and transformation projects. Excellent communication skills, able to challenge business requirements and drive strategic discussions.
