The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer satisfaction and a desire to help others. Day-to-day of the role: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner. Provide product and service information to customers, resolving issues with a positive and professional attitude. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer solutions and support. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Follow up on customer interactions, ensuring all their needs have been met and that they have a positive experience. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
