Regional Account Director Location : Guildford and Kingston-Upon-Thames Region ( Remote based role, but you must be within the GU or KT postcodes or within close proximity) Salary: £95,000 - £150,000 per annum The Role Our client has a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Regional Account Director to come and take the helm of the region. Their Regional Directors benefit from an incredibly varied role, from new sales, to working closely with existing client and forming strong relationships, whilst leaning on the expertise of their team of experienced CFOs. Client experience is high on their agenda, so they’re looking for someone who’s customer focused and able to build long lasting relationships. Not just with SME business owners, but their team of CFOs too. Skills and Qualifications Ability to build strong relationships at c-suite level Experience of selling B2B or B2C Strong understanding of business strategy Track record of building genuine long-lasting relationships with clients Must be a great listener, and even better at asking great questions Ability to build bespoke solutions for clients Brilliant leadership skills, there’s a lot of plates to juggle, you’ll be working with lots of different teams, from the support team at head office to your team of CFOs in region To be locally based, with a knowledge of the local region A great network in the region, of businesses and / or distribution partners What do you get?
