Job Description We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team on an initial 6-month Fixed-Term Contract You will be overseeing facility maintenance, managing issues through FM provider portal and liaising with contractors to ensure timely completion of scheduled works. Acting as key stakeholder for estate-wide Business Continuity Plans and office projects, including refurbishments and desk moves alongside managing facilities and maintenance budgets, working with Finance to review and control costs. You will ensure compliance with current legislation and health and safety standards, including managing H&S software systems and audits. Whilst maintaining high standards across all UK support offices and venues, conducting regular site visits.
