My client is a London based local authority who are currently working on an EUC Programme. The end client is looking to develop a robust team to support the project through to delivery, ensuring a smooth and well thought out approach in all aspects. This role requires someone to be an IT Project Support Officer and helpwith the following: Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with council staff, end users, and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure that the project meets user needs and expectations. Project Coordination : Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines and milestones are met throughout the end-user computing programme. Documentation Management : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports, to ensure transparency and accountability. Training and Support : Facilitate training sessions for end users on new technologies and tools, providing ongoing support to help users adapt and maximize their productivity. Issue Resolution : Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise, collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions in a timely manner.
