Your responsibilities for the role:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
2. Design lesson plans, schemes of work, and educational activities that align with curriculum objectives and cater to students' abilities and interests.
3. Assess students' progress through formative and summative assessment methods, including tests, quizzes, projects, and observations.
4. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on students' progress, academic achievements, and areas for development.
5. Collaborate with other staff members, such as school counsellors or support staff, to provide additional support to students when needed.
Essentials for getting cleared as a KS2 Primary Teacher:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience teaching KS2 students (NQTs are welcome to apply).
3. Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.
4. An enhanced DBS on the update service.
5. Eligibility to work in the UK.
6. 2 recent professional proven references.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
